1. About Nuclyex
Nuclyex SARL is a Congolese company offering a digital wallet and stablecoin on/off-ramp service,
integrated with local mobile-money and banking systems. By creating an account or using our
services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old to open an account.
- Users under 18 may require parental/guardian consent depending on local laws.
- Accounts must be opened only in your own name with valid identity information.

3. Services we provide
- Wallet for storing and transferring USDC (stablecoin).
- Deposit (on-ramp) via mobile money and bank transfer.
- Withdrawal (off-ramp) to mobile money or bank account.
- Peer-to-peer (P2P) transfers between Nuclyex users.
Nuclyex does not provide credit, interest-bearing accounts, card chargebacks, or crypto trading.

4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate and up-to-date KYC information.
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
- Keep your account details and device secure.
- Notify us immediately of suspicious activity.
You must not use Nuclyex for:
- Fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, illegal trade.
- Transactions that breach Congolese law or international sanctions.

5. Fees
Transaction fees may apply for deposits, withdrawals, or transfers. All applicable fees will be
displayed before you confirm a transaction.

6. Limits & compliance
- Withdrawals above USD 1,000/month require KYC verification.
- Cumulative deposits/withdrawals above USD 10,000/year trigger Enhanced Due Diligence.
- We may suspend or close accounts for suspicious or non-compliant activity.

7. Liability
- Nuclyex is not liable for losses caused by third-party providers (e.g., mobile money networks,
banks) or technical failures beyond our control.
- We are not responsible for delays due to compliance checks or regulatory obligations.
- Our liability is limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

8. Account suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:- Provide false or misleading information,
- Breach these Terms,
- Are involved in fraudulent, illegal, or high-risk activity.

9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Republic of Congo.

10. Updates
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes. Updates will be
posted with a new effective date, and continued use of Nuclyex means acceptance of the new
Terms.
